I approached Birchmore in February 2020, when I was seeking an investment for part of my pension fund.

They introduced me to a company developing a purpose-built block of student apartments in a university town. Buying a lease on one of these units would not only yield a fixed income but would also leave me or my heirs with an asset. This had much greater appeal to me than buying a pension annuity with a lower yield and no asset to sell should I wish to re-invest elsewhere or to pass on as a legacy.

Dealing with the people at Birchmore was straightforward. They were very well informed about the investment opportunity and always prepared to answer any questions. As a prudent investor I wanted to check out the reality of the development before investing so they arranged a site visit for me. Nothing was too much trouble! It rapidly became clear that Birchmore is a company that thoroughly investigates prospective investment opportunities themselves in order to ensure they introduce clients only to bona fide organisations.

Even after committing to invest, the Birchmore team continued their excellent customer service and kept me up to date with progress at the development site through to completion and beyond.
