Birchmore LTD will not allow clients to purchase without the use of a Solicitor registered with the SRA under any circumstances. In the UK Property Market “Caveat Emptor” takes president and as such it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure they are completely satisfied with the purchase of the property and any relating contracts to that property this can be discussed more with your solicitor to verify the same, Birchmore LTD does not offer any indemnity or warranty as to the ongoing performance of the properties that it markets. You should only proceed to purchase once you are fully satisfied the property in question is right for your individual circumstance.
